SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING

​

We offer Free Shipping on ANY order within the United States. International destinations normally do not qualify for our free shipping offer but it doesn't hurt to ask. We typically ship via USPS or FedEx.

​


ONE-DAY AND TWO-DAY SHIPPING

​

If you select One-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping for an order you place with SmokeWax.com and your order is placed before 11:59 AM PST, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM PST will ship the next business day.

Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. When you select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within the same day (if received before 11:59 AM PST) and arrive on the following business day.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

​

Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States. Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on SmokeWax.com are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

DISCREET BILLING & SHIPPING

​

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be "MDR Sales" and will not reference any particular product.

Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic & International rates subject to change without notice.

REFUND POLICY

​

We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing.

MISSING / BROKEN ITEMS


All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).

Before you ship product(s) back, make sure to Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.

​

Note: With the exception of used glassware (whips), all accesories and product component parts must be returned with the unit. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
